Vikings Cry "Skol!"

HNHS upperclassmen support their football teamMembers of Huntington North’s upper-class spell out “SKOL” with black and red body paint the night of August 31, 2018 at the varsity football game against East Noble High School at home. From left: Nate Burns, Jarid Miller, Carter Mertz and Jordan Hollowell; the four boys displayed their version of school spirit. The word “skol” comes from a traditional Scandinavian war-chant used as rally cry when vikings faced difficult challenges. The HNHS football team adopted the slogan at the beginning of the year.
